CHALLENGE
El Hadaf coats two very different products on one plant: aluminium profiles and steel doors. The line had to carry heavy parts smoothly, switch colours quickly, and keep volume high without losing finish quality.
SOLUTION
Ying Group built a high-capacity, intelligent powder coating plant around a power & free conveyor, with powder booths for an even coat on every part, a powder centre for fast colour change, cyclone recovery for overspray, drying and curing ovens sized for high volume, and central control that shows the whole line on one screen.
