In 2023 Ying Group built a vertical powder coating line in Egypt that runs at 3 metres per minute — the first vertical line in the country to reach that speed.
Why a vertical line
A vertical powder coating line hangs aluminium profiles upright and carries them through pretreatment, powder application and curing on an overhead conveyor. Vertical systems favour high-volume aluminium profile factories. Our guide to vertical vs. horizontal lines covers when each layout fits.
