Ying Group has shipped a complete C5 powder coating line to MEMF, a Saudi manufacturer of integrated electrical infrastructure. The line was built and pre-assembled at DECO-PRO Machinery, Ying Group's machinery plant in China, and left in August 2026 in 12 containers carrying 100 tons of equipment.
What's in the shipment
Everything needed for a full coating process, from bare metal to cured finish:
- a pretreatment unit and drying oven,
- two powder booths and two curing ovens,
- the conveyor system that links every station,
- and a PLC control system to run the line.
Built for C5 environments
C5 is the corrosion category for the harshest industrial and coastal sites. The line is designed so coated parts reach excellent corrosion protection, mechanical properties and UV durability, meeting QUALICOAT Class 2, AAMA 2604 and GSB requirements, including three years of Florida outdoor exposure performance.
