01 · 5 SYSTEMS
Complete finishing lines from pre-treatment through powder booth, cure oven, and conveyor — vertical, twin-track, horizontal, and power & free, each engineered to your substrate, throughput, and certification. A coil coating line covers continuous metal coil.
Architectural extrusions, curtain wall, façade cladding, and high-throughput vertical finishing.
Dual-track vertical line engineered for maximum throughput — two independent conveyor tracks share pre-treatment and cure ovens with separate powder booths per track. QUALICOAT Class 1 & 2.
Standard horizontal overhead conveyor line for flat sheets, profiles, and fabricated parts — ideal for general industrial and architectural applications. QUALICOAT Class 1 & 2.
Appliance panels, automotive brackets, heavy parts, and flexible routing with tracking.
Continuous coating line for metal coil: the strip runs from the uncoiler through coating and curing to the recoiler in a single pass.

PVDF architectural finishing, powder-on-powder textured finishes, QUALIDECO wood effect, and ISO 12944 C5 corrosion protection — engineered to your certification requirements.
High-performance PVDF for architectural aluminium — superior UV and chemical resistance, 25+ year durability, PVDF compliant.
Two-booth vertical line for base coat plus structured or metallic top coat in one pass — premium textured finishes beyond liquid paint.
Vertical line for QUALIDECO-certified wood grain on aluminium profiles — powder-on-powder with brushing for realistic texture on façades and windows.
Coastal and marine corrosion packages for infrastructure steel, gates, railings, and fabricated panels — pretreatment, film build control, and salt-spray testing to your spec.
03 · 3 SYSTEMS
Wood-grain and stone-effect transfer onto powder-coated aluminium profiles, doors, and panels. The US system is a compact batch machine for tight footprints; the YM line is fully continuous for automated, high-volume output. Welding machines complete the range.
Compact US-2 batch sublimation for wood and stone effects on doors, profiles, and panels — 11 × 6.7 m footprint, fully automatic table and oven sequencing.
High-volume continuous sublimation for façade and extrusion plants — auto loading, bagging, constant-temperature transfer, and cooling; ~360 bags/hr (YM-2), up to 720 (YM-4).
Welding machines for sublimation production — part of Ying Group’s sublimation range alongside the US batch and YM continuous systems.
